Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the essential product characteristics, price and applicable conditions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Products
We aim to present product images, colors, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screens, manufacturing or normal variation, provided the goods remain in conformity with the description and applicable law.
Personalization
Where a product is personalized, you are responsible for checking the information you submit before ordering. Once production has begun, changes or cancellation may not be possible. This does not remove statutory rights where an item is defective or not in conformity.
Prices and payment
The price shown at checkout applies to the order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed according to the market and checkout configuration. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention checks.
Availability
Inventory can occasionally be affected by supplier or synchronization issues. If an item cannot be supplied after purchase, we will contact you and provide the solution required by law, including refund where appropriate.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Withdrawal, returns, personalized goods, damaged items and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Misuse and fraud
We may review, hold or cancel orders where there are objective indications of fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a serious technical error.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
